What should I do if my payment was not approved?

There could be many reasons which may cause your payment to be unsuccessful. You may want to check if there is enough balance in your bank account, and confirm that your credit card is open for online shopping. If your bank account was debited, but your payment was not approved, you should seek assistance from our customer service.

Do your prices include taxes?

Yes, all of our prices include taxes.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Can I cancel my order and how to do it?

You may cancel your order within the 24 hours after you place your order. To cancel your order, please contact the  ICB SALES customer service.

Should I be logged in to place orders?

Yes, you should be logged in to place orders. The signup process only takes a minute. After signing up, you may receive notifications about our promotions, you may see the status of your orders, and you may view your Order History.

Which company handles the shipping?

How long will it take for my order to reach me when it's ready?

Your order will be shipped the same day when the production is complete and it is ready for shipping. The date of delivery may depend on the shipping option that you choose. For more information you can visit our Shipping Policy.

How may I track my orders?

An e-mail which includes your Tracking Number will be sent to you after we hand over your order to the carrier. You may track your orders from here.

May I return the product if I dislike it?

Yes, you may return your product within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with it. For more information, please visit our return policy.

What services are included in the warranty?

Every  jewellery brand product have a lifetime warranty. If there is any sort of deformation or damage due to impact, ICB DIAMOND, ADEL are by your side. These tristful incidents are under our lifetime warranty. If the stone on your product falls off, just send it to us. We will repair it for free. Unfortunately, our lifetime warranty is invalid if the stone is lost. You may still send it to us and ask for repair. Only the price of the stone will be asked of you and craftsmanship will be on us.

ICB DIAMOND and ADEL craft all of their products by themselves with materials of exceptional quality. Every product is inspected and certified by the experts in the  ICB SALES Team.
